Zinc: A layer of metal Zinc will be sprayed to the exterior of the pipes evenly according to ISO8179 in order to strengthen the anti-corrosion ability. The average thickness is 130kg/m2 according to the standard and also we can follow the customer's requirement.

Bitumen: There are 3 Bitumen Painting Lines. In order to increase the adherence of the bitumen sprayed and improve the product efficiency, the pipes will be warm-up by heat shed and transport to Bitumen painting procedure. The automatic bitumen spray machine is mainly comprised of high-pressure pump. Then the innoxious bitumen will be sprayed to the external surface of the pipe evenly with average thickness of 70 microns or follow the requirement of the cutomers, and transport to dry room by chain.
